Free over $60.00
3 to 7 business days. A flat $5.00 under $60.00.
Express
$15.00
1 to 3 business days for when you need it sooner.
International
Calculated at checkout
Available to most countries. Duties may apply on arrival.
Processing
Each candle is poured and packed by hand. Orders placed before 12pm are prepared the same day where possible, and otherwise within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Returns
If you are not in love with your candle, return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Reach out to hello@zerocandles.com to start a return and we will guide you through it.

When will my order ship?
Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves our studio.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order over $60.00 within the US.
Can I track my order?
Every order includes tracking. Check the link in your shipping confirmation email for live updates.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
Glass can have a rough journey. If anything arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost.
